Raised just 10 minutes from the restaurant, our Simmental cattle graze on fresh pastures overlooking the stunning lake views. And here’s the kicker – growing up on a brewery means these cattle munch on spent grain straight from the brewery, giving this already lean beef a sweet, rich flavour that’s simply unbeatable.

Our chef Alistair’s first love and passion is slow-cooked BBQ meat so he’s been working his magic to bring together the ultimate smoked meat platter. With Lakeman Farms produce, a blend of secret spices and rubs he’s prepared these prime cuts and put them through the low and slow smoking process.
